Pitchfork Social is located at Bullock Lake Farm, which spans 24 acres of rolling pastures, wetland, historic orchard and forest. Farm owners Molly Wilson and Zack Hemstreet find inspiration in the diversity and productivity of the original Bullock homestead and strive to continue those traditions. They follow strict organic standards and aim for the most sustainable land use practices possible in the hopes that the farm will continue to feed the community for many generations to come.
In alignment with the farm’s practices Pitchfork Social strives for zero-waste events.
Pitchfork Social hosts concerts at the barn from May through October.
The barn is available to rent for weddings and other events. Email Bullock Lake Farm directly for more information.
Visit the Shows page to purchase online. Tickets are also available on-island at Salt Spring Books and Fever Tree Trading. Tickets are transferable but not refundable.
Seating is general admission. When you arrive you will be given a number that you can place on a seat to claim it so that you can relax and enjoy dinner outside or play a game of bocce without standing in queue for a seat later.
Shows start at 7:30 and generally end by 10 pm.
We provide chairs, drinking glasses, ice and water. B.Y.O.B.
Dinner sales start at 5:30 pm. Tables are situated beside a beautiful pond alongside the barn.
There is parking on-site. Please car pool with your friends and respect our neighbors by parking on the property and not on the road.
We love animals but ask that you do not bring your pets. BLF is a working farm and we cannot have loose dogs on the property.
PitchFork Social would like to give a huge round of applause to our very generous, music-loving sponsors. Please support them for all they do for us:
